Worst hotel weve ever seen!! It was horrible. We did not even stay. The rooms were disgusting, garabage in the hallway. The elevator had not been cleaned in God knows how long. 3rd floor window was open 17 degrees out and we smelled pot!!! Our screen window was torn carpet was disgusting. Looked like a drug deal going on in the lobby!!!!
Took an hour to check in and get into my room. NO hot water that night or the next day. Room was dirty and gross.
Front desk was great. Expedia dropped the ball. Reserved a king room got a queen. Fire detector hanging from ceiling. Lap shade taken apart in the chair missing light ball. Dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain. Would never stay again.
Good enough, but won’t stay again. We waited about 12 minutes for the front desk person to show up. The room we were given was not yet cleaned. He had to run around looking for a clean room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke.
DON'T stay here The hotel was dirty. People were smoking pot in the rooms and the halls. The entire hotel smelled like pot. There wasn't a telephone or smoke detector in my room. I had family in another room and the same was true of their room. Our reservation was for 4 nights and was non-refundable, but we checked out anyway.after the 1st night. I would NEVER recommend this hotel
Pulled up there peoe just hanving out in the parking lot. Lobby was poorly lit room smelled off like mildew and the person who stayed before me left items and rhe refrigarator was full of food. I was allowed to check out with the gauruntee that my money would be refunded and it was still charged and showed on my account three days later.
Room was dorty. The parking lot had garbage laying all over it. The bes was hard. We asked for a queen bed room and we got a double bed. Won't stay here again
