Worst Hotel on the Planet DON'T STAY HERE! Worst hotel I've ever been to. Desk clerk had major attitude and wouldn't check me in 20 min. early - no big deal, but when I said I'd be back later (11PM) was told there was no guarantee I'd have a room - even with a reservation and my credit card on file. What?!? Gave rooms away 1st come/1st serve basis, so why make a reservation? I explained no hotel operates this way - that's the point of a reservation. Beware, do not stay here unless it is your only option. Room was very dirty, every surface was filthy. Multiple lights didn't work in the room, bathroom ceiling was moldy and ceiling fan was caked in dust and grime to the point that air couldn'tget through, iron didn't work, etc. The price of this hotel seemed appealing for a quick one night stay, but be warned that it is the worst hotel we've ever seen.

Shabby not chic The windows were not totally shut and there was a blizzard outside. I shut the curtains and notified them when I left. Breakfast was oatmeal that was supposed to mix with milk but they only had hot water. Should not be called breakfast. They had soap and shampoo but no hairdryer. Tub looked gross. Did not use it. Kitchenette had peeling paint on cabinets. Basically clean but very shabby

Not a happy customer People there where on their personal phone when I was checking in. They were not interested in what I had to say or needed.

There isn't much good to say sadly. My credit card was swiped in case of "incidentals" but the handle to the fridge was broken off, all of the woodwork in the room was damaged, the "heater"did not blow warm air and the room was cold, there was a mystery stain on the bed sheet, one of the bolts on the toilet seat was broken so it would pivot when I sat on it and there was damage to the tv remot so I'm hoping that my card isn't charged for any of these items. Better off sleeping in your car Honestly the front desk lady was just about the only thing that was decent about this place, it was so hard for us not to ask for a refund, our original room we booked didn’t have proper clean sheets, there were stains, and lint all over it. We found dirty used materials by the previous people staying in the room and food crumbs all in the drawer, the maids clearly didn’t even clean the place or just did a really poor job!
