smoking rooms do not book a smoking room at this hotel! I am a smoker, but the room smelled so bad I was nearly ill the whole time I was there.

When we got there there were several police cars surrounding the hotel. the next night the fire alarms went off at 3:00 am for no reason. very unsettling week-end.

Good Location - Quiet The only problem we had - was we arrived at 2:45pm and were told our room would not be ready for another 1.5 hours...other than that it was a great stay and we would stay there again if we needed to.

Terrible stay, rude irresponsible staff This was the most rudest place I have ever been to. Tge staff is nosey presumptious and downright rude. You want privacy then do not stay here!!

you get what you pay for This was a hotel to just lay your head. There is no frills, it is clean and the staff is great. i Would recommend this hotel because of the price. If you are just looking for a place to sleep it is great.

Ugh...will NEVER stay here again The Extended Stay in Woodbury is in a great neighborhood with lots of shops, right off the highway. Very convenient. BUT - the hotel staff was never to be found, the room was far less than clean (stained carpet and chairs), the beds were terrible and the pillows seemed like they'd been around about ten years. I will NEVER stay there again - and I recomend you don't either.

Worst hotel ever Worst experience ever at a hotel. Checked into the hotel, went to the room and left. Dirty, smelly and run down. My wife was worried when we drove up to the hotel and all the window were open on every floor. No screens. The lady at the front door was friendly and understood when we gave back our keys and left. She said it happens often. Do not prepay for this hotel. You will not wan to stay here.

Horrible -will NEVER book another stay here The room was filthy and the hotel stunk something awful. The mattresses looked as though they had be soaked in mud for years. And the sheets didn't fit the bed so we were always retucking them in. The front desk gal was so unprofessional it blew my mind. She was never at the desk, always outside smoking and once when she was at the desk she announce how she needed to be outside and let out the most disgusting belch WITH 3-4 people in the lobby area.
