Screwed UP We paid extra for 2 beds. Got there an they said they had only one room with only one bed. Total BS.

Bad beds The office staff did not give us any plates, glasses is silverware....non in room. But the beds were awful.

Sleeping in my car would have been more comfortable, even with my two daughters and husband! Nearly everything about the hotel is awful-the drain plug didn't fit the drain so baths were taken in a puddle of sorts, the fan in the bathroom sounds like an airplane is taking off, the refrigerator wasn't much quieter, and we had one chair at our "dining table". convenient location Both of the rooms had issues with the bathroom sink stopper! One of the rooms had a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. I brought these issues up to the desk clerk on the way to dinner and a movie and 4 hours later, the problems were still there. Not impressed a bit! They need to hire a better snow removal company....the parking lot was difficult to navigate by foot. I doubt I would choose this property ever again. Disappointing!

Customer service lacking Dead rodent in the wall of the room. Smell unbearable. Front desk informed; no one available to check it out or do anything about it. No following-up. Horrible customer service. Old place
would NOT recommend NOT MUCH!! Dead rodent in the wall. Tried to get management staff to check it out and move occupant to another room. NO SHOW on any manager (always had something to detain them from coming to the room).No satisfaction. Try sleeping in a room with a dead rat, or whatever in the wall!
The hotel room and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The room itself, was listed as a non-smoking room (sign outside the door by the room number). Inside there were two glass ashtrays. The smell was so bad that I was uncomfortable the entire stay.
Pulled up and three squad cars were in front of it The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke to the point that everything I brought with had to washed twice to get rid of the smell, even tho most of my items staying in our suitcase. The toilet was broken and the only way to get it o flush was to lift the lid and reattached the lever every time...never, ever, ever again will I even consider staying there.
Broken air conditioner Nice rooms for the money. However the Air conditioner broke in our room and I had my dog with so they switched us into another room. Great location. Be warned there is no maid service, you wash your own dishes, take out trash and clean your room. They will do a towel exchange but that's it. Ok for the price.
