Heater not working The heater was not working and call the front desk to have it repair and they did not for the two nights I spend

Terrible experience Hotel was clean enough and fine enough as a place to stay but the entire experience was a nightmare. Day before my wedding and our whole wedding party and family was there in 9 rooms. The week before, I called to confirm the reservation and they didn't have all the rooms. After an hour on the phone with hotels.com and the hotel , they finally had all the rooms confirmed. Tolerable While other hotel guests are not under the control of the hotel, I found the hotel to be exceptionally noisy due to slamming doors, cupboards, toilets, etc. that surrounded me. This was problematic because these noises happened between 11:30pm and 2am. I like to be asleep during that period. Additionally, there was no maid service during my entire stay, for which I was not prepared. The location was fine, but I won't stay here again.

Never again! Notified room was given away upon arrival, because someone said there roomed smelled bad. Then was told they would give us a the suite instead. The suite smelled beyond horrible(wondered was that the room the people were complaining about in the first place! Given a smoking room we said fine just driven from TX to MN. Walk in there is someone already in the room. Not clean at all I was a bit disappointed because I thought that the hotel would be very nice, clean, and comfortable. Walking into the room, it didn't look like anything the pictures had noted it would look like and there weren't even the basics in the kitchen that it noted it would have. On top of that, the bathroom looked like it was never cleaned at all. There was hair all over the toilet seat in which I HAD TO CLEAN it off myself. You get what you pay for To summarize the experience in 1 word... underwhelming. Quality of the furnishings, bed, linens, towels was underwhelming. No shampoo provided - really? I understand why they don't populate every room with full dishes/pots/pans, but having to request a coffee maker - really? Grab-n-go breakfast... underwhelming.
