We booked a non smoking room and ended up with a smoking room. The hotel said that’s just our preference, not what you will end up with, and that’s what you get when you book through a 3rd party site (hotels.com). The room was so smoky it was almost unbearable.

Wont stay again Overpriced, breakfast bar lacking, slipping hazards near entrance, bad experience with a staff member. I bought rooms for my colleague and I for total of three weeks. On my last night a hotel staffer barged into my room twice, the last instance asking me who I was. The staffer apoligized, said there must have been a mistake as they had booked somebody else in my room. He left and I figured that was the end of it. About an hour later, pounding at the door. Find another hotel option! The check in was quick and easy. I liked the french roast coffee pods in the morning. The bed was absolutely horrible. The mattress was very old and lumpy and when you sat on the end of the bed, the front of the bed rose up in the air. The refrigerator was short and I could see the top of it (notice the attached picture). Yuck! It was a very creepy hotel and I would not stay there again.

When I got to my room after check in the maid was still working in it. While I waited I saw her spraying the room with what I think was air freshener. Kind of a heads up. Stayed in the room about 5 minutes after deciding to leave and go to another hotel. Everything is very worn, carpet, kitchen cabinets. Bathroom was stained everywhere, just got me grossed out.

Sucked Place was overbooked and they didn't call to tell me even though she said she knew for a couple of hours!

Nothing to Write Home About Pros- Nice fridge and the room was clean. Bathroom was spacious. Staff was friendly and it is pet friendly. Two burners for a stove and lots of cupboard space. Dog walking space was nice as well. The room did seem to be quiet as well. Cons- "breakfast" was granola bars, no cereal, juice, or milk. The luggage carts were awful and you had to pick them up to turn them. The front doors weren't automatic so good luck getting your impossible to move luggage cart through the doors.
