Our trash wasn’t emptied, the refrigerator defrosted overnight putting water all over the floor. Someone is smoking cigarettes near our room inside the building and the hall and room stink. It sounded like Irish step dancing was going on in the room above all night. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful through the process but check in was a nightmare as the hotel was overbooked, so we got put into a room that didn’t seem to be fully cleaned or ready.

Basic but functional The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke walking in. The bathroom had hairs everywhere. The room was very basic but had the necessities.

Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. The hotel is surrounded by stores and restaurants which was convenient.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The room on the other hand: hair on the comforter, the chairs were not clean and had what appeared to be dander/dandruff and there was something sticky and gross on one of the lower bathroom walls.
