The property had a terrible smell and there was dog droppings in the parking lot and in the walk ways to walk into the building . We did not get any clean towels and we did not even sleep there . Our furnace was being replaced at our home so we went for showers and it was terrible!

They would not honor my reservation I had booked through hotels.com. Tried to blame it on the app and were very unprofessional, except Alyssa who tried to be helpful but couldn’t help because of management.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, we went to go check in and the office was closed nobody would answer the phone needless to say we stayed at another hotel down the street.

Arrived at 11:30pm. Front desk is closed with instructions to Dial 0 on the phone for staff. Phone rang for 20 minutes. No response. After 10 minutes I called the number on my confirmation email on my cellphone and got the national reservations desk. They called the hotel. No response. They called the emergency number for the general manager. Three times. No response. I started rattling the security gate on the front desk trying to wake up the staff.
