Worst experience ever Asked to have room vacuumed and get clean towels said had to be there a week also asked to change trash wouldnt do that either had ants in room

Very disappointed. I booked this hotel 3 months in advance for my graduation, only to have my reservation canceled last minute and moved to a much farther, run-down hotel. The new room had used towels in the shower, a smelly fridge, a window that wouldn’t close, and an uncomfortable bed. This stay ruined what should’ve been a special weekend. Poor service and communication—would not recommend.

Room was ok. The noise from the rooms above and next to us was horrible. Not sure if it is because the rooms don’t have carpets to buffer the noise but it worse sleep ever .

First night had bed bugs in bed crawling.

We were expecting much better given the rate. The room smelled like food and old urine. The bath tub felt slimy. There were red stains on the floors. Mold on the kitchen cabinets under the sink. Outdated furniture with obvious wear (chips, missing paint, etc.). The mattresses were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. The office chairs in the room had stains on them and were ripped. I do like the area where its located. But I don’t like the room have a wear smell like powder and weed and the hallway too. I told the stuff if he can change my room but he say like “ I can’t, Is too late for that and he look like rude “

A reservation was made, with my husband credit card number but with my name on the expedia reservation platform and the front desk would not allow him to check in but proceeds to say he will help him and request his credit card at this point what he is doing is creating a new reservation so he charges the card he did not wait until expedia edit the reservation.He then said we were now in charge of the 2 reservations, which now makes no sense because it is only one traveler. The property was not terrible for a hotel but, the handicap parking was covered in snow and the way to the door was unsafe for a handicap person. The beds are not big enough for 2 adults. The staff was ok.
