This was one of the worst places I have ever been to. I did NOT stay. I will be in touch about getting refunded the first of the week
I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. DO NOT stay here with a pet. I have no idea when the last time they vacuumed under the bed. Our five pound dog came out with all kinds of things in his mouth. Being that size, an excess amount of sugar could send him into diabetic shock. I spoke to the front desk and told him about this and he seemed unconcerned. I asked for a manager but conveniently none was on site. Untidy and no breakfast
I had to go downstairs to the desk to get plates and silverware! My TV didn’t work, and they couldn’t send any up to check it out until the next day! I checked in on Saturday 9/21 and checked out the very next day at 4:00. They could not give me a receipt, this is want I’m reaching out to you.
I immediately asked for a refund after seeing the condition of the room
