It was Dirty Noisy and it fells like un safe

First and last stay The whole hotel including the room smelled pretty awful (something between rotten pizza boxes and BO). When staying in a room with a kitchenette, you would expect there to at least be a coffee maker but you had to make a special request to have any dishes, coffee maker, etc. It was also a bit disconcerting that no one is at the front desk over night and you can just walk right in without needing to swipe your key!

Room was filthy - bed had hairs and dirt in it (looked unchanged since last occupant), pillow had black dirty stains. Used tissues etc under armchair. Microwave broken. Receptionist Jodie was helpful and tried her best to fix things but we had to change rooms in the end, from queen to twin bed. No tea/ coffee in room. Breakfast poor compared to other similar hotels - no milk for coffee or porridge, only sweet liquid coffeemate. Nothing fresh.

Terrible place to stay Kathy the general manager treated me rudely and disrespectfully and then tried to turn it on me when it was the hotel itself that took authorizations and then refused to even acknowledge it. I showed the information to the police that she called on me to get me to leave I was leaving anyway but she called just because she could and they agreed with me but they said it was civil and not Criminal
