Very bad service and room On arrival, the check in counter was empty. I had to wait for the clerk to arrive form more than 20 minutes. There was no sign on the desk on what was going on. On arrival, the clerk did not even apologize for his absence. On check in, I was given a key that did not work on the door.Had to again come down to the reception and wait for the clerk who had gone somewhere again. Stay AWAY. Do not stay there! The room we reserved stunk of smoke and we had to look at a few rooms before we found one that smelled okay. The beds had burn marks and there were blood stains on the mattresses. I would not stay there again. The only good part about the stay was the lady at the front desk. She helped us find a good room and was very nice.

Good value for the money Nice kitchen area with room. Bring your own pillow if you can, they are not very good. Clean.

Stiff Back I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel and will not stay there again.. The facility generally smells mildew and stale cigarette smoke. The beds were probably the most uncomfortable that my daughter and I have ever slept on. The room was clean and presentable. The price is reasonable but, I expected more.

extended stay the negative things we experienced with our stay were the third floor hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, the room reeked of an asian restaurant, and the elevator did not work for most of our stay. other than that the room was pretty quiet, you could not hear other gueats through the walls.

Upset Oh my goodness where to start. After reading my reviw you may agree with me that I should be compensated or refunded at least half my cost, and that is being gracious and generous on my part. I got to hotel and was told after making a reservation for a NON-smoking room (i have asthma)all that was available when i got there was smoking. In order for me to stay i had to go and check out 3 different rooms to see which was best. I picked one with the promise the next day they would change me to non smoking room. Extended Stay America Boston-Nashua First of all I asked for a non-smoking room - there were ash trays in our room. The hotel smelled really bad and our room even worse. The smell of smoke in our room gave me a headache and nausea the first night. My family could not stand the smell. After we opened the window - one was broken and would not stay up - the smell got a little better. You could see the film on the windows. I did not want to spend much time in the room, only to sleep. Would never stay here again. We had a bed that looked and felt like a roll-away. There were no hangers in the room, no toiletries other than 2 bars of soap. The tissues felt like sandpaper. We called down for two pillows and an extra blanket (not provided in the room) and waited 10 minutes - no show - so we had to go to the desk to get it ourselves.
