The room was freezing upon entering. I requested a non smoking room and te whole area reeked of cigarette smoke. The heater was noisey, no hair dryer, no toiletries which would have been nice since my luggage was lost. On checking in the clerk was very polite, helpful with directions, on check out I had a question and was ignored. I would not stay there again.

Woken up by barking dog this is my second (both miserable) stay at an ESA hotel and hopefully my last. woken up by a barking dog at 6:30 am. called desk, their response: "We're pet friendly", i asked if they were also customer friendly. they wouldn't do anything about the dog (for example sending it out of the building far enough away that it couldn't be heard. it keep on barking for 50 minutes, and was still barking off and on 2 hours later. THE WORST!!!!!!

not very inviting. Too many full time residents. Questionable/ sketchy individuals, pets hanging in windows. Trashy looking @best

never again The room was dirty. I had asked for non smoking. I got smoking. That's okay. But, this room REEKED of smoking. And, it was filthy. To make things worse, the staff was snarly and unpleasant.

not a good time The first room I was given, the heat wawsn't working. I changed rooms and ended up wiht a queen sized bed, when I paid for a king, and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for some hangers as there were none in the closet. I was very disappointed in the room and the service.

Don't do it... Wow! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The smell of smoke was aweful. We couldn't stay there for longer than 2 minutes. We checked in and after going up to the room we went right back down and checked out.... When we went to the room the smoke in the hallway was aweful and someone had their door propped open with tons of smoke coming out....There was a melted cigarette burn on the TV in the room and the place just stunk...

not impressed the rooms are expensive and there is no cable tv and the hallways and stairs smell bad

Our second stay This was our second stay at this hotel. I Got there & had to wash all of the dishes which I do anyway but these were filthy. We had a leak under the kitchen sink & reported it several times & was even told by the evening manager he would be up in 5 minutes & he never showed up. When leaving for dinner one evening we were met in the hall by well it appeared to be a working girl/man dressed as a woman. My fiancee & I were both floored.
