Terrible place I have been to many hotels all over the world. I never seen one like this. Like they say I would not recommended t my enemy. I paid full price. I had problem at my home we had to stay for two nights.

Convenient but not the cleanest Found a bug on the floor next to the nightstand and crumbs under the desk.

Dirty hotel. Bored staff. Smoking. Need a nonsmoking room but Expedia booked me into smoking room. Event weekend, no other rooms available. Clerk said I was two hours late on cancellation, so even if I did find another hotel they'd charge me. Loud talking next door. Room was dirty--unwashed floor, stains on carpet and walls (!) ashtray dumped into toilet and not flushed, refridgerator stained with old food and littered with coffee grounds, sticky stuff in bathtub. Just okay When we showed up the front desk employee was in the middle of counting something. While I don't mind waiting for them to finish, I would have appreciated that he at least look up and acknowledge our presence. Customer service could be better. We wanted a smoking room as my friend smoked. But found it annoying that the windows only opened about an inch, and there were no vents. We don't mind smoke but didn't want to be smothered in it. Room wasn't clean. Towels soiled. Crumbs on counters.

Smoking room I was in town for a business trip and expected a simple and clean hotel for the night. Even though I had booked a non-smoking room, I was put up in a room for smokers and that smelled like smoke. I asked the front desk to change rooms but was told there were no non-smoking rooms available.

Worst stay ever The people on both sides of us were horrible!! They were so loud it was like they were in the room with us. No ckean sheets or tiwels unless you pat the fee. Sure yoy have a kitchen, but you have to " pay a fee" for anything, even a coffee pot!!! Our ac didnt work and we were told maintenance was out of town. Never stay there again ever!!
