DONT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT Upon arrival we were greeted by a less than welcoming receptionist. When we walked into the room we were hit with an overwhelming stench of burnt sugar, plastic or some sort of odd chemical like antifreeze or something of the sort. Toxic Smell The ok, but the toxic smell in the hallway was very bad. The staff offered no remedy for the problem, only an explanation that the carpets had just been installed. The smell was better the last day of our stay so the explanation was probably accurate. I wrote a personal email to the manager and again was only offered an explanation as to why there was a toxic smell on our floor. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had paid for my room the previous night on Hotels.com. Without even looking, she said that my room was not ready and told me to have a seat. She then proceeded to give 3 other people that walked in after I did their room keys. Finally someone else helped. Not inclined to go here again.

Foul odor throughout room and floor When we walked into the room, I was overwhelmed with a foul odor. The toilet kept running after one use. I opened the back of the toilet to see what was wrong and saw a TOWEL wrapped inside to soak up the water. This was the cause of the smell throughout the room. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable.

Waited 10 minutes at front desk to check in. I ended up phoning the reception. Phone was forwarded to receptionists phone whom joined me "right after I've finished my cigarette break"

Terrible The room was in the smoking area, I had to pay more , the bathtub was not working , the blankets dirty, there was not light courtins, terrible front desk service, there was a noise of water falling from the rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor back to my head, extremely noisy!!

Terrible place I have been to many hotels all over the world. I never seen one like this. Like they say I would not recommended t my enemy. I paid full price. I had problem at my home we had to stay for two nights.
Convenient but not the cleanest Found a bug on the floor next to the nightstand and crumbs under the desk.

Dirty hotel. Bored staff. Smoking. Need a nonsmoking room but Expedia booked me into smoking room. Event weekend, no other rooms available. Clerk said I was two hours late on cancellation, so even if I did find another hotel they'd charge me. Loud talking next door. Room was dirty--unwashed floor, stains on carpet and walls (!) ashtray dumped into toilet and not flushed, refridgerator stained with old food and littered with coffee grounds, sticky stuff in bathtub.
