Ac was nice to have!
I would usually opt for more accommodations but it was a last minute trip to Phish and all the rooms were $$$ in Manchester. For one night it was fine. No utensils was rough with having yogurt. No plates. Bed was comfortable enough. Very quiet and clean outside. Bathroom was a little dirty. Some furniture bear up. Wall was dirty too but not the worst. Clean it up a bit and it would be ok.

It was a nice, quiet, hidden place to stay for the night. Close to stores, airport and a couple of restaurants.
