The front desk woman when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. To many dogs big dogs and very noisy on 3 rd floor

Room 229 The room was comfortable and clean, but the water pressure was adequate but not great and I brought food to heat in the room but the microwave didn’t work. It ran, but it didn’t heat anything so I had to spend an extra $30 going out to eat that I wasn’t planning on so that was a bit of a letdown.

The rooms are dated and furnished with furniture that should be in a dumpster. After my check in, I was able to walk through cigarette smoke at the outside door to enter the building. The hallway had an odor and once in my room, I was able to hear people in the parking lot and other rooms.

Heat did not work when I arrived to my room. Took a while to realize the fuse was switched off (why?). Water damage in the shower area, shower head leaked a lot of water. A lot of noise travel from room to room. Various area had not been vacuumed/swept. Poor snow removal. Poor lighting. Bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable. Desk and chair were a plus.
