Worst Customer Service EVER The staff was horrendous they all lied to us. there was never anyone covering the front desk. One time I waited over 30 minutes at the front for someone. I am also emailing the hotel in more detail my problem that occurred. We were very dissatisfied withr our stay there.

Beware sketchy place Ill give a more in depth review later but without notice to me they just doubled our rent forcing us out on the street. Some notice of any kind would have been nice.

already spoke to the hotel Not happy would not recommend, staff needs to be more pleasant, but the rooms are very clean,

Not as it appears from the outside! The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, but that is where it ends. The inside was lacking comfort and appeal. Very boring, looked institutionalized. The lobby had no decor, you had to key in in order to get into the hotel so the first image is that there are security or riff/raff issues and it was like you were entering a jail. Cheap; that's about it Cons No paper towel No dishes No coffee cups No silverware The room and the whole second floor smelled like smoke Two soft pillows Two small towels No do not disturb sign No sound proofing Pros $60 bucks Close to highway Blankets and mattress aren't bad Other than the fact that the kitchen is useless because they don't supply silverware and dishes, not having paper towels just makes more mess for the cleaners. Extremely noisy As a Las Vegas resident, I checked into this hotel 36 hours after experiencing the Las Vegas shootings wanting a nice vacation away from all the tragedy. Only to come to the most obnoxiously loudest place I’ve ever stayed in. Despite numerous complaints, the noise level never stopped. I’m very disappointed I wasted my money on this place. Not a good experience at all!

New and clean hotel only redeeming feature Room rate was attractive but came with no services, so, in retrospect, I would consider it overpriced. No room cleaning, bed making, towel service, etc. Had to ask at Front Desk for additional towels even though reservation was for 3 people. Front Desk closed after 9:00 'til 7:00 next morning.
