No coffee pot or hair dryer in room. Got no maid service. Will not stay there again
Not impressed After traveling for 4 plus hours and sitting Through my son's college football game we arrived at the hotel at 4pm and was told that our room was not ready, check in was at 3pm, when asked why the hotel hostess said they were behind due to almost being at full capacity, when I asked how long until the room would be ready their reply was maybe a half hour. no sleep not a good stay but a new motel??? This motel was almost new. But there was trash on the floor and in the elevator. the floor in my room was not clean. the phone in the room did not work. could not call front desk to complain about the loud music playing and it did not stop till 3am. and in the room above me it sounded like someone was picking up a chair all night and them slaming it down on the floor and this went on all night. went to the front desk and that office is closed. you have to call, but the phone did no... read more
Worst check in time deadline and unkind frondesk
No new towels, bed not made, even when ask. Poor! Vending machines were empty, Room not cleaned daily, beds not made and no new towels provided even when requested at front desk.
Took an hour to check in, the desk wasn't staffed The lobby wasn't staffed and there is a phone to pick up was once you arrive which should put you in touch with the staff. The phone went to a headquarters number and never alerted the staff I was there. I also called Expedia while waiting, twice, and was told they spoke with the staff member and that they were on the way.
