NOT a Non-smoking facility as advertised!!!!!! Smoking stanchion at entrance. Front desk dismissive of customer complaint even when it is health related.
Was not happy that my guest had to provide photo ID as well as myself and have a copy made. Also was not happy that the building is 100% secured-you need a key for everything. No amenities at all and you’re told when you chejck in. No even breakfast.
Horrible staff Someone was smoking weed and set the fire alarms off at 4 am then before checkout somone walks right in our room without knocking etc. Hotell staff did nothing. Place is not worth it.
Big Disqppointment Got in late. Could not check in until I made a call and waited for someone to arrive. Room smelled of smoke. Won’t be returning.
Doable Although the rooms have a ‘kitchen’ no pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc. are provided.
Horrible staff. Asked for an extra towel and they refused to give me an extra towel and made me feel like I was pegging for it. I went to the outlets nearby and bought my own towel to use. I have never had that kind of treatment before. Service is beyond horrible.
Spartan, barracks like room and overall look. Ugly. Ridicilous rule to rent kitchen items to cook or eat in bare bones room.
Price paid was high The price per night was high with little amenities such as room service. Beds not made daily, not enough towels, only one staff on duty. Price should has adjusted to reflect these. Oh and my tub didn’t work. That was what I looked forward to the most since I only have a shower at home.
Worst hotel The customer service was horrible and you have to pay for pots and pans ... Will never go back
