Terrible Hotel I would not stay here again. This hotel is awful. There wasn't even shampoo in the showers. I do not recommend staying here.

Linens on bed were not clean....hotel clerk was nice enough to put us in another room but it had a queen bed and I paid for a king size bed. The room had an odor even though it was advertised as "non smoking". I would not stay at that location again. It certainly was not the quality I expected from the advertising on the internet.

Would NOT stay here again After pre-paying for a week via Hotels.com we were initially not given the upgraded room we paid for. I rarely find fault with a room, but upon entering this one it was clear something was wrong. Evident dirt & cobwebs everywhere, a mildewed bathroom whose fan didn't work, one missing closet door, no hangers. After a long day of travel we just hit the hay after checking for bed bugs, sleeping with socks on so as to not walk on the paint-splattered and worn carpet. Would not stay here again The bathroom and kitchen/refrigerator/rugs weren't clean. I was afraid to take my shoes off and did not. No toilet paper, no ashtray in "Smoking room," I had to go down to the office to request the toilet paper, which I rec'd. The office did not have an ashtray b ut I was told one would be sent to the room. I never rec'd one.

problems to correct Non smoking room, yet neighbor guest stood outside front door of his and our room smoking for much of the time. The guest in the room below us cooked AWFUL smelling food, each evening and at 3AM!!! It fully permeated our room and woke us up. Our tub had a stopped up drain, yet was repaired same day we reported it. Bed was poor quality and room was "old" condition.

not too bad -- not too great a little scruffy around the edges no airport transportation service - had to take a taxi, but close. nothing else real close - several blocks walk to two fast food restaurants

Unsatisfied Customer Arrived at 23.00 hours. Reception was closed; had to walk through, and stand in, sprinkler system (which was switched on) to speak on wall-phone to get someone to open Reception door to obtain room key. Person on duty at Reception had no clue of room's whereabouts and we had to drive around hotel at night constantly stopping and peering through shrubs to see hotel room numbers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR FAMILIES I did not stay at this hotel. The lobby was nasty, no bathroom and smelled of smoke. I thought the room would be different since there was a "no smoking" sign on the outside of the room. The room was equally smokey and we had a preemie and a 4 year old. The room location was scary and there were a number of men all around the complex that I assumed lived there. It is probably a good hotel for workers (men) but this is not a hotel for single women or for families. This was really not... read more
