Filthy, Moldy, Briken The tile in bath was covered in mold. Carpet was filthy and covered with who knows what. Lot's of things broken and did not feel safe.

Mildew and a Cockroach I reserved this room for my parents when they came to visit for a few days. I thought they'd enjoy a room with a kitchenette, and every other Extended Stay I've ever been in has been clean and comfortable. My parents, however, didn't even stay the first night. There was black mold around the chalking in the bathtub and a cockroach in the sink. They went to the front desk, got their money back, and went down the street to the Alexis where they had a beautiful suite for just $30 more a night.

disappointed Upon reaching the hotel @ 845pm, I had to talk via security phone to have the office door opened. 2 other couples came in as I did. I had made my reservation via phone line with Expedia. My room was reserved but not assigned so I had to wait while the other patrons were taken care of. One customer had a non-smoking room for which she had requested something to get rid of the smell since she was unable to find another non-smoking room in the area. Dirty and disappointing. Rooms were VERY dirty. Floors discusting. Lock on door was broken. Paper thin walls. Can hear everything. No tissues in room. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

the absolute worst, dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in!!!!! I will be informing everyone I know to NEVER stay in this chain of hotels.

Needs Updating The room smelled old and mildew. And the free breakfast is muffins and granola bars.

Not worth the discounted rate...stay away Checked in at 4:00PM. Rooms were not available until 6:00PM (Check in was at 3:00PM) Staff was not present at Desk and left "will be back in 10 minutes sign". Smoke detectors were detached, dirty towels left in "clean room", broken door latches. Then they tried moving us to another room that was available, but that room was not cleaned at all when we got there. Then they tried moving us to a smoking room. Gross! Toilet was broke. The lid was off of it when we checked in. Like they knew about it but did nothing. My husband had to make a contraption to be able to flush The toilet. A dirty spoon was left in the sink from previous person. The lady Working the front desk wasn't very helpful when asked about restaurants in the area. She acted like she didn't want to help.
