Great staff - awful room The front desk was cheerful, helpful and wonderfully friendly ... really, a breath of fresh air too bad she works for such a run down property. The hotel was inexpensive, so I didn't expect a lot. But the room smelled. The bathroom was dirty. The kitchen floor was sticky.

I am not picky...and this was dirty. toilet was filthy. sheets had not been changed. food crumbs in the bed.

Homestead Studio Suites The hotel room was very disappointing. They really need to consider remodeling the rooms and make sure they are cleaned better. I understand that it is an extended stay hotel; however, there are people who need an overnight stay and would like to feel like they are staying in a hotel not a motel.

Horrible Room It was dirty. The kitchen and bathroom flooring wasn't tile or vinyl....it looked like some kind of plastic painted flooring that was dirty throughout the two rooms. The bed was excellent and the service was excellent. But I would never stay there again and we had upraded to a deluxe room.

See it to believe it! Well, let's start with the service desk person. Nice person but didn't know what she was doing. Room wasn't ready at 3:30pm and when I did get my room it was filled with smoke! Stains on the lounge chair, couch as well had stains. Carpets are dirt with stains as well. Blood stains on the inside of the bed comforter! Mold in the restroom and cobwebs was well. Warning: Disgusting If I could this place less than 1 I would. To start, there are hours you can check in, after 11 pm they lock the office and there is someone "on call". The first thing we noticed was the stain on the lampshade next to the bed, not a small "maybe it's just overspray from a soda can opening", a big "please don't be what I think it is kind", And it was caked in dust along with everything else. hard to find felt unsafe unable to find hotel ,dark and not what we expected felt unsafe there people were strange and creepy
