BAD!!!! no hair dryer. rooms were not clean. phone in room did not work. no towls. room had been smoked in.

Extremely dirty. Room NOT cleaned My room had NOT been cleaned prior my arrival. The bed was made nicely, although the sheets had NOT been changed. All tables and counters still had cup/glass rings from previous guests. Bathroom had not been cleaned, tub was dirty, mirrors had toothpaste on them. Neither kitchen or bathroom floor had been swept. Maintenance & cleaning problems probably due to the transition in ownership. Staff was very short handed. Hopefully these issues will be resolved with new management.

Very run down. Furniture dirty and damaged. Heat unit didn't work. Great location but I would never stay there again.

Reciew Kitchen and shower were dirty. I checked in late and was too tired to complain or change. I was just there over night and had to be up early

Bed linens were dirty Stayed one night travelling on business. Room seemed OK initially. Pulled back the sheets to get in bed and found black hair and evidence where someone had picked their nose in bed. Obvious that the sheets had notbeen changed from the previous guest. At 2 am too tired to move to another room. Slept in my clothes on top of bed. Frequent traveller. Worst hotel experience. Hotel management never called me back.

Awful! Service Bad & Ghetto..Dirty Room I think this place is a step up from a roach motel. There clearly was no pride in the cleaning of the rooms; stained furniture; hair from previous guest all in bathroom and shower. I thought due to the brand this place would be fine to stay for a night until I checked into the room! First the Front Desk lady told me I had to wait for 20 minutes until she finished doing her report because she was scheduled to get off at 11pm....who says that to a paid for guest?
