It was horrible. The first room I was in had hair balls in the bathroom and did not look like it had been touched for cleaning. There was mildew in the shower and alot of mildew on the shower curtain. The curtain needed to be thrown away. Very nasty. I asked to move to another room the next day and there was bugs all in that room. This was the worst stay in a hotel that I have ever experienced. I will never again stay in a Extended Stay of America. I will not recommend this hotel chain to anyone.

A motel with a stove Pretty disheveled looking, not much of a 'residence' inn at all. Basically motel rooms with the barest of amenities (a couple dishes, cups and forks).

RUN DOWN!!!! BOTH COMFORTERS ON THE BEDS WERE DIRTY, THE BED WAS HARD, THE SHELF IN THE CLOSET WAS HANGING OFF THE WALL, SPIDER WEBS WERE SCATTERED OVER THE CEILING, THE CARPET WAS DIRTY & STAINED, THE GROUT WAS CRACKED LEAVING OPENINGS AROUNG THE BATHTUB & FLOOR TILE, THERE WAS NO IRON, THE TOWELS WERE DINGY, HARD, & SCRATCHY, & THERE WAS A FLY FLYING AROUND THE ROOM THAT WE TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO KILL!!!

Close to the mall The room and crayon/markings all over the wall, the shower faucet was extremely hard to turn on and off. Ran out of toilet paper, towels, rags and we never received any. Told the hotel staff we would check in early and did not have a room ready.

Nice people. Get your sleep then get going. For the price, you probably should not expect a whole lot and if you don't you should be fine. The front desk staff was lovely but the room leaves a lot to be desired. For a weary traveller though, this will do. I was a little put out by the burn holes in the chair and not entirely confident that the room was clean. The mattress left me with a sore back, but admittedly, I'm a tough customer for mattresses. Not clean The bathrooms had hair in the bath tubs and sinks even on the counter in the kitchen nasty.... I had to clean the towel myself it had tons of hair when I lifted up the lid it grossed me out... To me it looked like the just changed the bedding and did nothing else.. I would never stay there again..

We stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and it was decent. But it has not been kept up and is in terrible condition now. They put us in a room that was dirty and the bathroom sink and tub did not drain. If we had gotten there earlier in the night, we would have not stayed at all. We checked out 2 days early.

Never again Expedia booked us at a hotel that was already completely booked. They finally found us a room. It was ok at first except for being very noisy. Second night out roof started leaking. Called the desk and nothing was ever done about it, not to mention our air went out that same night. The last night around 1am the air went out again, on top of that someone started beating repeatedly on the floor of the room above us tithe point I was so scared as annoyed that we checked out and left at 1 in the morning!!
