Check in snafoo. Computers were down in Check-in, so they made those of us checking in wait till after 6pm; so I missed a meeting so I could make sure I had a room. But, then they still did not have computers fixed & did a “manual” (paper) checkin & could have done that earlier; so I did not have to miss my meeting. People were nice, but this check in mess up REALY messed up my needs while in Nashville.

Lots of bugs found their way into the room. Needs pest control and to seal the door better.

the water in the bathtub didn't drain fast enough and they ran out of breakfast muffins

Staff was courteous, attentive and resourceful. We had a nice and peaceful stay and enjoy every visit knowing that we are valued customers.

Good overall value. You get a clean comfortable room at a low price near the airport and free parking. Good value.

The king bed was very comfortable- best I've found, and i stay in 4 to 5 hotels per year. Our king suite had 2 full bathrooms. It had a kitchenette. You have to ask for dishes, pots and pans, etc., and some appliances may cost or have a deposit. Bring your own dish soap and paper towels. You have to pay for good wifi, (crappy wifi is free) but the paid wifi seemed to be really good. Neither of the bathroom doors latch- i used a folded cloth in the space to wedge one shut- you shouldn't have to do that. The staff was friendly... read more
