the room I was in was infested with some type of black bugs all over the place. the sheets looked dirty and the television was way to small for a suite like that

The staff was very friendly. It was a quiet room and I enjoyed the fact they spaced the guests out so we were not right next door to people.

Check in snafoo. Computers were down in Check-in, so they made those of us checking in wait till after 6pm; so I missed a meeting so I could make sure I had a room. But, then they still did not have computers fixed & did a “manual” (paper) checkin & could have done that earlier; so I did not have to miss my meeting. People were nice, but this check in mess up REALY messed up my needs while in Nashville.

Lots of bugs found their way into the room. Needs pest control and to seal the door better.

the water in the bathtub didn't drain fast enough and they ran out of breakfast muffins
