Awesome and friendly staff. Quiet area but easy to get around. The room could’ve been cleaner but our bed was clean and comfy so we were good to go!

the reception the first day was marginal staff seemed unhappy that I arrived early although I had called at 9 am to see if I could check in early and was told it was OK. outlet in kitchen was broke, no utensils in the room you have to get them from the office and the kitchen and bath was loaded with ants.

Comfortable and Will Stay Again We attended a Home and Remodeling Expo so we scheduled to stay several nights. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The TV was not hooked up to digital (only analog) therefore we were not able to watch much. We asked about it and the office staff could not assist us. Thankfully we were tired after being at the expo all day and going to the SEC game that TV wasn’t important. The breakfast consisted of coffee and granola type bars. From a distance, this Extended Stay America looks like any other well-run hotel. However on closer examination, this motel lacks excellence. The landscaping is gorgeous, but the outside areas are dotted with litter of cigarette butts and other small pieces of trash. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very clean.
