We only stayed for 1night, but we felt like the property was much better then reviews we had read. The area felt safe, the room wasn’t pretty clean and we were overally satisfied with everything for 1 night just passing thru.

Nice clean rooms in a very quiet area of town not far from the interstate for easy access. Simple and affordable with no issues.

This is a decent hotel which is located near the Nashville airport and close to downtown Nashville. The property is pretty clean

We arrived at 3pm for check-in. Two families ahead of us did not have their rooms ready, and when we got to ours, there was garbage in the room. They did provide an upgrade at no cost to us, but every night we could smell the smoke from whoever was underneath us (we were in non-smoking). They also have two internet options, and the faster one gave us an additional surprise $30.00 charge at checkout, although this charge was not listed when you connect to the wifi.

For the rate it was, I would say it’s expected. It’s not the best but if you need it for one night it’s ok.

Forgot medicine in room refrigerator. Staff was accommodating in holding until we could come back the next day to pick up. I was very pleased until I arrived to pick up and literally there was no one in the office for over a half an hour. I used phone on outside designated to call.....no answer. Finally I saw clerk walking around outside talking on cell phone. I approached and asked if she could help me and she replied, “in a minute”.
