! Very impressed with the hotel. Staff is A++! Everyone had a smile on their face as they accommodated any need that did arise. The room was smoke free and the bed was so comfortable. Cant beat the price for sure!! Marcell was than gracious. Thanks so much!

It's ok The hotel was clean and the room was large. We stayed 2 nights and room service never showed up. We called for towels and the front desk told us we needed to trade them in, so we brought them to the front desk and they told us they needed to wash them and then they will return them, we never seen anymore towels. Also the pillows are flat as a pancake, bring your own pillow if you stay, but the beds were large and nice. All in all it was ok, if we stay again definitely bringing pillows a demand towels.

Great location Overall the stay was comfortable. Hotel clerks were semi rude and were not interested in providing room necessities. At one point my husband asked for more toilet paper (only a half of role when we arrived) and the desk clerk said she didn't feel like walking to get it at the moment and she would bring it later. Thank goodness we didn't have to use the bathroom for a few hours since that is how long we waited

The hotel Extended Stay America is in a good area We arrived at the hotel, we had booked a room with two queen beds as there were four of us to be housed. The room door was situated opposite where the garbage cans were put, it was very unclean and smelled. A workman was cutting some timber in the back of his truck, all the shavings went on to my car. My wife had stomach problem during our trip. It's so great that we can cook some food suitable for her.
