Needs improvement Walk ways need to be pressure washed and cleaned. Doors need to be aligned and calibrated. Appliances such as microwaves need to be updated. Mold and mildew on shower tile and caulk lining needs removing. Small odor in room. Not a bad location by far but being in the heart of cool springs this is totally sad that this location is not up to par along other facilities. Improvement and quality is needed for the ultimate satisfaction of leisure.
Quick and pleasant check in, room comfortable and clean, front desk staff very help with business need. For a non-luxury hotel, the service was over the top.
staff is always very helpful and professional. But until they get the bedbugs under control I cant go back. 2 weeks ago was bitten by spiders and bedbugs. they took care of me. then 2 days ago stayed again and once again, bites all over me upon waking up. I love the facility and convenience but the bugs need to be dealt with. Otherwise its a good price for the motel. but please get the bugs under control. please.
We were not told where our room was so we walked up and down the stairs with our luggage! Wow it was a workout!
Always friendly and professional staff. Hotel is comfy and clean and very affordable! whether you are traveling or local, you wont be disappointed with this place!
