Could use a bit of maintenance to the cabinets and drawers. Nothing a screw driver wouldn't fix. I was pleased. The front desk gentleman was nice and delivered the house keeping items we needed.

Hard to check in... Took 2 hours to check in because no one was there, nor did they answer the emergency phone placed outside the lobby or the phone number posted outside the door. Corporate office refused to help since stay was booked on Hotels.com.

No sevice At 8am 2 very large pots of coffee were empty! Really......I didn't ask for the sad excuse for breakfast, I just wanted 1 small cup off coffee at 8am.......then asked if I want to wait 5 min to make more.....Really

Wonderful area of town. Hotel was ‘ tired’ and dirty. Front desk tried as best they could, but weren’t very helpful.

The floor would have been softer than the mattress. No ice machines on the premises. All ice had to be made in the fridge with one tray. I booked through Trivago / Expedia and had to check out early. There was some minor drama about any refund, but after a call to Expedia, all went well.
