Well travelled Check in is always friendly. Property is minimal as far as amenities. There was mildew in room 170 around the tub. Simple caulk replacement and Clorox could resolve this issue easily. The room was adequate size for a hotel guest. Offers a microwave and refrigerator with built in for eating area. I stay weekly at this location because of the value/rate. Location to area shopping and restaurants is outstanding.

Good location that’s it Expected more from a hotel in this area. The room was small and poorly supplied. It was not as clean as I would have liked. There was still a used wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod.

Convenient to Cool Springs stores and restaurants I stayed two nights and was gone most of the days, but got a good nights sleep both nights. I was able to easily communicate with the staff. Parking was easy and the facility was easy to find.

Don’t recommend...... Check in took forever. We went to our room and the 2 lamps didn’t work. The heating unit was broken. We requested another room and it was better than the first. Thank goodness. There were no dishes or silverware when online it list them as room amenities. Not even any plastic throw away cups. No coffee pot either, which it list as room amenities also. Little disappointed. I will not stay here again and I will make sure my friends don’t either.
