too much for too little and people need to pick up outside trash everywhere-bottle caps all over-room phone was not working-i had to go to the front desk to pick up my kitchen utensils (they didnt have pots and pans for cooking), i was not offered any discount off my price for the extra work of myself doing what i was paying for. i chose this place specifically because of the in room kitchen.

I liked the staff. They were great. The only problem I had was the kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky and dirty. I recleaned the floors and the white towels i used had black goop all over them. Not sure why they didnt clean them because they jad obviously cleaned the room.

A+++++ Rating Without A Doubt. Highly recommended by me, thats for suuuuuure! Extremely friendly staff, super clean rooms, everything you could possibly ask for in comfortable hotel stay. Thankyou so much, Extended Stay America….. I will definitely be back again.

Attention to detail needed We are return customers. This stay was comfortable; however, the floor was quite dirty. I spilled some water and when I wiped it up, the rag was black. Everything else was comfortable and quiet.

After settling down in bed a leak started in the bathroom ceiling, water covering the floor. Had to get up and pack our things and move to another room.

Safe and secure. Was what I expected. Room was secure, the whole area is surrounded by things to do. Cheap price, was there for sleeping only.
