Room says non smoking. I still smell like cigarettes 2 days later. Hot ghetto mess. Burn it down!! She said the computers were down and she couldn’t provide me key. I was instructed to call and number who would contact her and then she would escort me I and out of my room as I need. This is the most low ball gutter tracks establishment I have ever stayed in. Homegirl in the lobby had the check in desk closed and she was stretched out sleeping on the sofa.

Very hot in the room and there was no way to get the tv to work. A/C didn’t work. TV didn’t work. There was no breakfast in the morning but granola bars and coffee. Couldn’t reach front desk after 8pm. The staff was nice during check in , but we weren’t able to find any staff after 6pm. The location is really good though.

Bad The staff, they all make their own rules different policy for every different employee that works the front desk. The location

Very Poor Horrible smell , small beds , have to pay for room service , & take towels down every morning for fresh ones.

Extended stay may not always provide the comfort you expect. It was very unclean and had a strong smell of cigarettes. The receptionist was not kind at all. I have stayed at other extended-stay hotels, and this is by far the worst one. Location of the property
