The stay was average .. would not recommend Rooms were dirty, sticky floors, pet hairs on beds, coffee maker was provided on demand,. Location was good.

My stay was horrible. If I could rate a zero I would. After several previous stays with no issue, my latest visit from June 7–10, 2024, was a complete disaster. I came for a business trip expecting the usual quality—what I got was unprofessionalism, discomfort, and pure negligence. Fair The room wasn’t very clean, and some nights were extremely noisy. There was a smell of weed in the hallways and of dogs in the elevator. I also didn’t get my deposit back. At first, the company was communicative, but now they’re not responding. Booking.com is also not responding. In terms of price-to-quality ratio, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Disappointing
Bad Never saw the room. Was not able to check in on arrival. I did not stay at this property. I advised the property of an after midnight check in on 3-22-25 and when I did arrive later that morning on 3-22-25, I was told I was a no show and had no reservation. The reservation was initially for check in on 3-21-25 and check out on 3-22-25. After talking to Booking.com, I was told they ask the hotel to waive the fees and I would not be charged for this reservation.
