Cheap price- You get what you pay for!!! The price was right. That was about the only good thing going for this hotel, and it was beside an IHOP. No shampoo in the bathroom. No coffee to make coffee with. Only a partial roll of toilet paper. Only 2 cups, 2 forks, 2 spoons and so forth. A little bitty TV. I probably would not stay there again. We were there for the Sugar Bowl and this is one of the few hotels that didn't gouge on pricing.

gross when I walked in to my room there was trash on the table, hair every were (including the kitchen counter) ashes all over the air unit and sunflower seeds in the floor

I would Stay Again The staff when we checked in was extremely nice and very helpful. We were traveling with two toddlers and the kitchen in the room was so helpful. It made our trip much easier. The room was clean and quiet and we were able to sleep very comfortably. The front desk clerk even brought me more towels and washclothes because I couldn't leave the room with the two babies in the bath. Very Considerate.

Disappointed The staff was friendly, but that was about it. The TV remote didn't work right, the coffee pot didn't work right, the Shower would not get hot and there was a constant bumping noise. I know Extended Stay hotels can do better.

Stay if you have no choice! The only good thing about this hotel was it was in my budget. But then this hotel does not provide every day room maintenance. They were short on toiletries, coffee and anything they asked for. ( May be i should blame it on recession ;) ) Rooms were fairly clean but not very well maintained. The Utensils they provided were not upto the standards. I think it would have been better if i had paid 15 to 20 dollars and stayed in a LaQuinta or the likes atleast they have good breakfast and a everyday ro... read more

Needs Improvement Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Phone didn't work. Toilet valve started leaking on the floor in the middle of the night. Front desk is closed after 11pm, so there was no one to call. Overall, the room felt kind dirty, not plush like a regular hotel room. The built-in kitchen is convenient. No maid service provided everyday. Is in a pretty good location. Safe area near everything in Metairie and I-10.
