The worse experience ever!!! This hotel was noticeably nasty and dirty. It smelled throughout the hallways. The room was muggy and nasty the toilet didn't work. The lobby was really small and near the entrance/exit, but this is where they wanted to serve breakfast. The area was a mess! I checked out the very next day and went to another hotel.

I would rather pay double for a different hotel. Didn't have hot water so I called down to the lobby. The suggestion was to leave the water on for 15 minutes before showering. In addition to that, there were hairs on every one of my larger towels as well as 5 of the 6 pillows. I'm staying in the area for two days and I have already booked a new hotel. I would rather pay double the price for a hotel rather than stay at this dirty, terribly maintained property.

Worse than expected I am normally not picky about hotels, so when I read the negative reviews, I didn't think much of them. But unfortunately, most of them were correct. The room had a very musty smell overall. Even though it's nice to have a refrigerator and cook-top stove in the room, they were all outdated (if you want pots or pans, you have to ask the front desk). Not for this price. This hotel was not that great. There was no coffee maker in the room, the continental breakfast was just packaged muffins and coffee. The room wasn't the clean - there was an old sucker next to the night stand, the bathroom light didn't work. There was no gym or fitness room, either. The staff was super nice, though.

Will not stay again.... I stayed here for a week while working in New Orleans. I will not be staying again. The beds were very firm. The kitchen was not equipped with any essentials, for anything you may need you had to ask for it at the front desk. The doors to all the rooms/bathrooms slam shut so it's very difficult to sleep past 7am. The internet was so slow, but for a small fee of $10 to $15 a day you can increase your bandwidth. Horrible place This place is horrible. There was hair all over the bed comforter and in the shower. The sheets on the bed are not changed everyday unless you pay for it according to the front desk. The hallway had so much debri on it like it hasn't been vaccume in days. This place is horrible and I won't ever stay or recommend this place to anyone.

Sad I wouldn't dare book another room at this hotel! I called them to explain my late arrival and they said it was fine, once I arrived to the hotel the rooms were cancelled after I had given them my credit card information to pay already. I was stuck driving around late looking for another room and the rooms want all that anyways.!

Horrible!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 When my husband and I first walked in it smells horrible....the rooms does not seem like it's picture.... Very old refrigerator seem like in the 80's....making horrible sounds very out dated and rusted with mold... The bath room was awful the toilet was very nasty.... With the shower with awful stains.....and we spent 300.00 dollers for two days.... Through trip advisor .... Never again!!! Bad experience....oh!!! Yeah!!!
