Not so great There was cat hair and hair on the window seal and in the bathroom. There was hair every where! You could hear the highway from the room. Carpet was not vacuumed. The room was not too clean.
Terrible Very small/smelly rooms. Hotel has so many plumbing issues, the staff are instructed to hand out plungers to the guests and advise it is the guests responsibility to handle plumbing issues...free breakfast has no hotel monitoring in place, so enjoy the conversations with the multiple homeless people in the lobby 1st thing in the morning who are there to get their breakfast. Will NEVER stay here again.
very disappointed Room was very old and dirty. Roaches in the hotel & half of the outlets didn't work. They wanted me to carry my dirty linens to the front desk & exchange them for new ones. Yuck!

Horrible The service was wonderful the scent and smell of smoke was horrible. The Lobby was nasty.
There was hair in our tub and on the shower curtain. The air didn work. The hail smelled like pure smoke.
Person who checked us in was rude and they changed our room without giving us an option they took away our double beds and gave us one room with a queen bed because they overbooked she said
If not for the smell... The room was okay, except for the horrendous smell. Our guess is that the AC leaked and it was an extremely strong mildew smell (but as strong as ammonia). The staff were super friendly and they came and sprayed Lysol in the room for temporary relief, but there's possible way no one knew about this issue before we arrived. It was that bad. not a good choice Staff very friendly, No service, you can't even get them to print anything for you and the hotel didn't offer anything not worth the price.
Minority cable network Univision no BET, TV1, etc. I was very disappointed to see that this hotel was full of African Americans but did not have 1 African-American based cable network. No BET, TV1, OWN, Aspire, etc. but they did have the Spanish network Univision. I only spend my money at businesses that attempt to please diverse groups.
