Extended Stay Hotel I had to stay here because of work. I won't stay here again. The room is a non smoking room but some loser had to smoke in here anyway and the room stinks. They tried to cover the smell but did not succeed. The internet is horrible. If you pay $3.00 a day you get the same spped as in other hotels.

Not impressed Hotel was not bad but the noise and security is lousy. My truck and trailer plus everything I owned was stolen. No security or cameras. No one seemed to care. I know you want post this but I have to say it anyway.

Disappointed I should of paid better attention when I booked this hotel, I thought I had booked the Marriott Extended Stay, boy was I disappointed. No hot water, no continental breakfast, the beds were terrible. I was very ready to checkout!

Extended Stay Metairie- avoid if possible The surrounding area is enough to avoid staying at the hotel. Behind the hotel, the area looked dangerous enough you would not want to get lost driving and alone. On the service road, there are some diners but a significant drive must be made to find decent restaurants. If you stay there, know exactly where you are going. The good, the bad and the really? The good was that it was near the highway and the front desk ladies were a great help in directions and getting things we needed. The bad was that we had to go down and get our own towels, that they only clean weekly without being charged extra for it, that there were 2 lights broken in our room and they did not know. A little disappointed The Staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant, but, we did not have our room serviced properly in the 2 weeks that we were there. After the 1st week we asked to have the sheets changed and ended up doing it ourselves. The floors were not cleaned the two weeks of our stay. If you needed towels changed you took them to the reception and were given clean ones. It was a basic accommodation not a hotel.

Very Disappointing! The rooms were very dirty. We requested a non-smoking room but were placed in a smoking room. The toilet didn't work and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The kitchen area and bathroom were not clean. After calling the front desk, we were able to change rooms. The second room was a non-smoking room but it was also very dirty.
