Great location to French Quarter + all NOLA has to offer. We booked last minute at an amazing rate of 70$ a night. It definitely isn’t a luxury hotel but we were just looking for an inexpensive room within short driving distance + this place was perfect for that!

It was clean and room was just as advertised. No problems. There was hot water and soap and shampoo. There were items for the kitchette if needed. But had to get from front desk. Previous negative reviews were not present when I was there. It was perfect for my needs.

The hotel halls and entry/elevators felt dirty and poorly maintained. The room cleanliness was acceptable, but overall wasn't amazing. Good enough to stay again at a good price.
