The staff was excellent. Very helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to see. It was different from a regular hotel as there was a mini kitchen and anything needed was swiftly gotten. Ms Lee is bubbly with enthusiasm,courteous and professional with a touch of home spirit.

Good location Carpets kind of old and sunk in spot under carpets, smell in hallways, bathroom doesn't have hooks for bath towels. Very simple complimentary breakfast right in front of front desk. Location is perfect if you don't want to drive too far from airport and downtown.

Needs improvement Needs serious updating. Seemed pretty dirty, kind of smells. Remodeling jobs half way completed. Upside, staff is very friendly.
