Good location Carpets kind of old and sunk in spot under carpets, smell in hallways, bathroom doesn't have hooks for bath towels. Very simple complimentary breakfast right in front of front desk. Location is perfect if you don't want to drive too far from airport and downtown.

Needs improvement Needs serious updating. Seemed pretty dirty, kind of smells. Remodeling jobs half way completed. Upside, staff is very friendly.

Ok for short trip Needed an inexpensive place for one night and this fit the bill. The room was very small for a family but in decent shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. No frills, decent place to stay for a short time. Unfortunately no hot water (as in ice cold) in the morning for showers. Beds comfortable.

Room was clean. There wasn’t a blow dryer, coffee pot in room. We checked in at 4:00 and room wasn’t ready and had to get room with two doubles, didn’t like that!
