Nothing in room for guests to use Found trash and a pacifier next to bed by window. For an extended stay hotel, there were absolutely no plates, cups, utensils or and cooking supplies in this room. No extra toilet paper, just the roll on the holder. Staff was nice but this was very bare bones. Not at all like my other stays at this hotel chain.

Pay attention I do not want to sound rude, but they should not offer breakfast because they do not have it, it is only coffee and cookies, better offer it as something extra but not as breakfast, I stayed with my family and friends and it was not to my liking. The smell of "Cigar" to not describe what it really smelled was unpleasant, there was no room service, well nothing nice, I hope you take it into account for future customers.

The staff, there isn't anybody at the counter, always have to go and find someone and hint them down, thought it was always suppose to be someone at the counter, never ever experienced this work no one at the counter

The staff were less than helpful. Both coffee containers were eventually empty and the staff seemed totally unconcerned. it took a very long time for them to bring out a fresh pot, even though I notified them when the “dark roast” was empty, and then later when I told them the “light roast” was also empty, the woman at the desk reluctantly pulled herself away from her iPhone and went to the kitchen to replace the empty pots. “breakfast” was a joke - a few packages of oatmeal, muffins and granola bars
