Metairie Trip Facility was very good and price was better than most comparable properties.

Mediocre stay The room as a whole was fine, but there were a few things that I noticed, though none too big to be real fussy about. The shower head wasn't sealed properly and sprayed water over the top of the shower curtain and onto the floor. There was a pungent urine smell in the bathroom near the tub. There was a dirty dish towel left near the sink. The television remote was sticky. There was a stain on the comforter of one of the beds.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a good location. My wife and I came to New Orleans/Metairie for a company trip/party. We travel a great deal and have stayed at Top Notch Hotels, not sontop notch, and everything in between. This is a very clean, comfortable hotel to stay. Good location, GREAT staff. Would recommend to anyone!!

Everything about my stay was fine except the water did not get hot in our shower. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I love this hotel they make you feel like your family is clean safe and they have a great kitchen and they supply everything you need if you just ask the front desk.

Bad experience The hotel had a lot of trash in the parking lots, room was very outdated, towels had stains.
