Great location This was about 13 minutes from downtown. The room was very clean and the staff very pleasant.

decent hotel good staff note this hotel is not close to french quarter! its $20 or over for a cab fare one way. on the plus side there is an IHOP across the road which is good
Okay - not bad, not great I stayed for just one night in May of 2016. Everything was okay. Staff were friendly. While I wouldn't say that it is run down, it does show a few signs of wear that will need sprucing up before many years. The bathtub and toilet both could have used a bit more attention, though they weren't terrible, just not as clean as I usually expect. Comfort is a blessing!! It was very pleasant . Staff was awesome , room was clean and it was very peaceful..
Nice hotel close to downtown I stayed at this hotel over the past weekend when I was in the city for a basketball game. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice, the room was spacious and very clean, and the area the hotel is located in is very nice and quiet compared to downtown. Overrall this hotel was GREAT!
SpringBreak AC didnt cool well, but it was a quiet room, plenty of room to prepare food & eat in.
It's okay. With the possible exception of the kitchenette, and maybe the elevator, this place is rather basic. The room size is what one might expect in a place at this price point. The bed in our room (201) was uncomfortable (hard/lumpy); I did not sleep well. Our bathroom did not come with wash rags, which we asked for, and received with a smile.
