The property is excellent very good for a long stay nice area restaurants very close my only issue is they charge 10 dollars a day to park in my opinion it's a charge they shouldn't have.

Meh…. You get what you pay for though for the price in NYC I could have gotten a nice hotel elsewhere out of NYC. So drove 5 hours. Showed up at front desk which was unattended for about 10-15 minutes during noontime. Then there was a mix up and tech issues. Overall it took me almost 30 minutes to check in. When I went in to roil finally it smelled like cooked dried fish. Room dated. Bathroom dated. Hairs everywhere. Kitchen sink had full trash in it when I arrived.
