Their nice but you have to ask for everything in the room amenities

The staff was wonderful and helpful when my flight was delayed for 7hrs they really worked with me and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely come back. Thank yiu guys again I enjoyed my stay in New York for the first time

There was no way to call them to get the shuttle from LGA to the hotel and had to take a cab who drove around jacking up the fare. Then we had to be at the airport at 5:30 before the shuttle ran in the morning. Also didn't get to use the Continental Breakfast because it wasn't available before we had to leave for the airport.

It was a very nice hotel...the hotel had very pleasant employee..very polite.....clean rooms...and transportation to the airport..

Location is convenient but the room felt dirty. My son found a bug on his night shirt which is scary.

the amenities were geared for extended stay so even basic amenities such as the coffe and tea facilities were lacking. But we did okay with whatever available but would have been better if they had taken care of such basic stuff as the charges were not any cheaper!

Run down hotel. Amenities include free breakfast which consists as coffee and a granola bar. And when the coffee runs out too bad they don’t brew more. Definitely a low 2 star hotel.
