Awesome stay! The staff was very helpful with me getting around the area. The room was clean and comfortable. I was extremely happy with my stay!!! I will return again.

Liked no room made up by staff unless you ask for it. Was happy they allowed pets, But the cost of $ 25 per day is too much. Also, we needed to check out approximately 2 hours after normal 11am time and they charged another $ 21. No other hotel would do this. Luggage carts were difficult to use. The wheels did not work. There were no electrical outlets on the left side of bed. Was given a special permit for handicap parking and they also gave a permit another guest. When we got back to hotel, the space was taken.

I didn't appreciate having to pay $10 to park my car. As a hotel guest we shouldn't have to pay for parking. We were in town for a family party. How else would we get to and from the hotel but to drive? Also, as an efficiency hotel with a stovce and refrigerator it would be nice if there were glasses, plates, and silverware to use for eating purposes.

Basic good value hotel The hotel was basic plus had a clean kitchenette with no utensils. Although it was not far removed from the street it was nevertheless quiet. Breakfast was basically coffee or tea and oatmeal. We stayed overnight due to a missed flight. They take you from and to the airport in 15 minutes. Great value and served our purpose.

not pleased I wish this was a better review. The hotel was lobby was fine, the room was clean. I booked 2 rooms for my family for a military reunion. No discounts whatsoever for it. When I checked my family in everything seemed ok until the next morning, when they told me about their night. There was people in the middle of the night drunk -- running up and down the stairs obnoxiously loud and clearly inconsiderate. The location charged a mandatory parking fee. Which was fine, but being told it was mandatory for all visitors is sketchy. The big issue is the "continental breakfast". They advertise this...but only offer coffee. I spoke to staff who confirmed they will occasionally have muffins delivered...but its not a continental breakfast. Making matters worse, there was nothing available to eat at 7am...the main reason this hotel was booked was for breakfast for my family. Very unhappy.
