Friendly staff Had a lil issue but the staff lady marlyn was awesome she helped solve the issue and was super nice

Basic comfort and amenities. Has kitchen if that’s helpful. Breakfast is coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins. You get better breakfasts elsewhere. NEW - there is an extra $10 fee for parking. I’ve stayed in this hotel before and this is a new added cost that I was not aware of when I booked.

Shuttle frustration The site says they have a shuttle until 1am. We arrived on a delayed flight at 11:30pm and called. They said because of construction in our terminal we would need to go to terminal D and get there by 11:45 in order to use the shuttle because they leave at 12. We tried our best but would not get there in time and had to run around frantically with kids at 12 trying to find the shuttle before giving up and calling and paying for an Uber. The place smell like a pure cigars. People smoke all over the hot

It was okay for one night. People were very nice. Van driver was exceptional .Let us check in a bit early and that was greatly appreciated at our age.
