If only I knew about the kitchen kit I wasn't so Happy to find that there were no utensils plates cups pans or anything in my suite which had a full refrigerator stove top sink microwave. After a day and a half of being there I finally found this cardboard cut out that said, you can have your customized kitchen just contact the front desk. My question is why didn't they tell me that when I checked in, why didn't they ask if I wanted to have the pans the plates the dishes when I would checked in because I would have said yes.... read more
The unit was reasonable based on the price point of the booking and the staff was nice, but the floors in the room were absolutely disgusting as if they are never washed. Our white socks were black after walking around on the floor in the room for a short time without our shoes on and we threw them all out. The booking probably would've received 4-stars otherwise (again, based on the price). Please wash and scrub the flooring in the rooms or at least Room 203, so gross.
