Clean spacious "mini apartment " room that is better than any apartment we've looked into. Been here comfortably for 3 weeks now!

The long wait to check in. A group was having major problems getting the room paid for. A third party company didn't complete the transaction

The staff was amazing. My room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the toilet base. The tub handle still had dried soap scum on it. There was paper on the floor near the bed so I’ll assume the room wasn’t vacuumed and barely cleaned. The light by the bed didn’t work. The room phone was missing keys. The hotel had no ice machine and breakfast was a muffin and coffee. I will never stay at another extended stay under this hotel brand.
