Mixed feelings It was kind of mixed. Staff were nice, but there was food left in the fridge and the bathtub was questionable. It felt gritty under my feet and squealed when I stepped into it. It also took a good eight minutes for the water to warm up for the shower. Some of the lights working because the lightbulbs were loose. I also had a roach run across the floor at one point. Generally, it did look clean and nothing else was particularly worn out.

Not as it seemed The location is what drew us to stay at the location. But the rooms left a lot to be desired. The tub in the bathroom needed some work, the towels weren't that great. Not to sound picky but why isn't the sink in front of the mirror...hard to clean and not be able to see what you're doing??? The bed was pretty good, had to ask for an extra pillow. The light switches didn't work to turn on light above stove and the island. Not as inviting as the posters in the elevators make it look.

Good enough While the hotel clearly hasn't seen many updates in years, the need for us was low cost and close location to Newark (12 min from UD campus). The halls on the 3rd floor are dark. Cigarette smell in the lobby sometimes (and pnce during the night which woke me up; probably someone smoking on the hallway). The handicapp door open buttons didnt always work. Full not queen It was fine. Bed was a full and not a queen. Check in took forever. I loved the full kitchen and it made up for a lot. I’d stay here again with adjusted expectations.
