The property was filthy. Part of the reason I chose the property was their pledge for Covid maintenance and cleanliness. Although my room had fresh linens, nothing else was cleaned, dried toothpaste on bathroom counter, nothing was vacuumed and my dog was eating pistachio shells left on the floor. Because front desk personnel was alone and no cleaning staff, Cheryl provided cleaning supplies and I cleaned myself. Because the property was sold out, I could not be moved.
